He is one of the founders of ForeRunner Financial Inc. in Austin Texas, which focuses on Energy (Oil and Gas, Alt Energy) projects and offerings. He is also an associate at Donaldson Financial, a loan consulting firm that assists in the funding of "Green Energy" projects, through these relationships and others he has access to capital in the form of equity, mezzanine, venture, leasing and project funding.
He sits on the board of the Clean Energy Council of the Chamber of Commerce for the city of Austin, he is also active in multiple philanthropic ventures related to worklife ministries throughout the Austin area.

Tina Schweiger, President

Tina founded Spoonbend in 2002. As the firm’s President, she uses her extensive experience guiding the creative development and execution of branding, advertising, and media projects for clients that range from start-ups to multi-million dollar corporations. She single-handedly grew the company from a one-woman operation in a small studio to a vibrant brand development agency in downtown Austin.
Originally from Spring, Texas, Tina holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Texas at Austin. A lifelong athlete, Tina developed a deep sense of discipline and hard work by devoting 20 years of her life to competitive swimming. She competed at a national level and earned a full scholarship to The University of Texas. She now finds peace and balance in life through practicing Yoga and oil-painting.

Ben Finklea, President

Ben entered the world of online marketing in 1995 when he founded a web design company from his dorm room at Texas A&M University. Since then, he has worked in various capacities in sales and marketing from tiny startups to Apple Computer. In 2001, he founded Sprysoft—an ecommerce store that successfully sold over $5M in software online to students, teachers and schools. Ben formed SpryDev Online Marketing in 2005 to use the techniques and processes learned at Sprysoft to help other businesses sell online. SpryDev grew quickly and in 2008 changed names to Volacci. In his capacity as CEO, Ben and the 30-person Volacci team provide Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, and Conversions Consulting to a varied client base ranging from local real estate agents to Fortune 500 companies. Volacci provides services for a wide variety of platforms but most recently has developed SEO tools and techniques for Drupal and Joomla.
